TT800T transparent organic silicon electronic potting adhesive is a kind of organic silicon encapsulants which can cure at room temperature. The double components elastic rubber is designed to pot and protest the electronic product which in the serious conditions. Blending the component A and B equably as the proportion of 100:10 (the ratio of weight or volume) when using it. The product will cure in certain time to l form buffering elastic material. The properties of product after curing as follows:

2.release machine, thermal shock and mechanical stress and tension from vibration.
3.good transparent, high light transmittance, easy to repair.

Operating processes and precautions
1.The A, B two components got out with stir in proportion and mixed equally, the pour them into the product which need potted during operation. The error should be controlled in 5% best.
2.The stirring of the glue stock should be in the same direction, if not, there will sneak into much of air.
3.The glue stock at the border and bottom of the container should be stirred uniformly, otherwise, part of the glue stock will cure because of stirring with no uniformly so that the result of the curing is not good.
4.After mixing, the bubbles can expel from the glue nature. The product can go into the following process after preliminary curing.
5.Storage and application: it will carry out precipitation when placed in a long time. Before getting out, please stir component A and B respectively and then mix. After getting out, please seal up and storage.
6.Before potting and after potting, please remove air by vacuuming so that improves the comprehensive performance of the product after curing.
7.The curing time will different because the temperature changed. It should extend curing time

Storage and transport
